I went with Soom as taste wise you said was the best. I usually use Haddar which has a slight bitterness on the back end and definitely a bit more oily and harder to blend. Well upon opening the soom I tried it and found the bitterness instantaneously! In fact it’s been at least 30 minutes since having it and I still taste that bitterness! I am praying it doesn’t come out in the cookies as I am working on a recipe to enter into a contest. I might end up in the Turkish market and get a tahini from them 🤷🏻‍♀️
